To know the ins and outs of something means you are very familiar with the details of something.

«Ins and outs» چیزی رو دونستن یعنی با جزئیات یه چیز خیلی آشنا باشی.

The phrase ‘ins and outs’ comes from the possible dangerous twists and turns in a road or path.

عبارت «ins and outs» از پیچ و خم‌های خطرناکی که ممکنه تو یه راه یا مسیر باشه میاد.
